Easy Remote IP Finder End User License Agreement, Version 1.00.0

1. We grant you one license to install and use this software on a single computer at a time. If you do not agree to the following terms of this license, please uninstall the software and remove all copies from your computer.

2. You may install and use the software on another computer, but the software may not be in use on more than one computer at a time unless you register using a different email address at EasyIPfinder.com and download additional license codes. You may make back-up copies of the software for archival purposes. You may permanently transfer your license to use the software to another party who will be bound by this agreement, provided you do not retain any copies of the software.

3. The software is protected by the copyright laws of the U.S. and other countries, and we retain all intellectual property rights in the software. You may not separately publish, sell, market, distribute, lend, lease, rent, or sub-license the software code. However, this license is not to be construed as prohibiting or limiting any fair use sanctioned by copyright law, such as permitted library and classroom usage or reverse engineering.

LIMITED WARRANTY
4. We warrant that the software will provide the features and functions generally described in the product specification on our website when you downloaded it and in the product documentation. Media on which the Software is furnished, if any, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

5. We have taken all reasonable steps to keep the software free of viruses, spar, "back door" entrances, or any other harmful code. We will not track or collect any information about you, your data, or your use of the software except as needed to make the software work and where you specifically authorize. The software will not download or install patches, upgrades, or any third party software without getting your permission. We will not intentionally deprive you of your ability to use any features of the software or access to your data.

6. We do not warrant that the software or your ability to use it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
7. Your exclusive remedy under the above limited warranty will be, at our option, either a full refund of the purchase price or correction of the defective software or media. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all liability for indirect or consequential damages that arise under this license agreement. Nothing in this agreement limits our liability to you in the event of death or personal injury resulting from gross negligence, fraud, or knowing misrepresentation on our part.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
8. By using Remote EasyIPfinder, you agree to the collection, transfer, storage and use of your computer’s IP address and other personal information. This includes, but is not limited to, full names and email addresses stored and used by EasyIPfinder.com on servers located in the United States and in the as further described in our privacy policy. You also agree to receive marketing communications from us unless you tell us that you prefer not receive such communications.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
9. These terms and the other policies posted on EasyIPfinder.com constitute the entire agreement between EasyIPfinder.com and you, superseding any prior agreements. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the internal substantive laws of the State of Tennessee as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Tennessee between Tennessee residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. You agree that any claim or dispute you may have against EasyIPfinder.com must be resolved by a court located in Knox County, Tennessee. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within Knox County, Tennessee for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes. If we don''t enforce any particular provision, we are not waiving our right to do so later. If a court strikes down any of these terms, the remaining terms will survive. We may automatically assign this agreement in our sole discretion in accordance with the notice provision below. Except for notices relating to illegal or infringing content, your notices to us must be sent by registered mail to EasyIPfinder.com, PO Box 24066, Knoxville, TN 37933, USA. We will send notices to you via the email address you provide, or by registered mail. Notices sent by registered mail will be deemed received five days following the date of mailing. We may update this agreement at any time, with updates taking effect when you next login to our site or after 30 days, whichever is sooner.
